Business Development
- To identify and pitch for potential alliance partners in from India and other parts of the world including Europe.
- To negotiate win commercial terms and negotiate and draft the contracts with counsel of the legal team.
- To work with the sales and marketing team of the partners to identify the opportunities areas matching partners strength and deciding on the products / therapies to be launched.
- To draw up a medium-term business plan alongwith partners team.
- To coordinate with partner design / marketing team and local design / pharmacist for packaging artworks.
- To coordinate with partners for samples and dossiers for product registration.
- To raise relevant debit notes on the partner for the expenses incurred on behalf of the partners e.g Product registration, Other miscellaneous expenses.
- To help the partner to hire local manpower.
- To place orders in coordination with supply chain department.
- To share relevant market information i.e sales & closing stock / periodically with the partner.
- To follow up on orders and reimbursement of debit notes with the partner.
- To facilitate shop / market visits for the visiting partner team.
To ensure that the business evolves as per the business plan.
Reporting to CEO

Inventory Control
- Organizing and conducting inventory Physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Ensuring all inventory processes are run efficiently.
- To prepare all the inventory report which will be required to management time to time.
- Monitoring Inventory label in All stores to ensure maximum efficiency
- Tracking store wise slow-moving products and shifting to other location to avoid expiry or dead stock, carrying out stock rotation of all slow-moving inventory and prepare report.
- Planning supply of goods in based on sales pattern of different products and availability of stock to avoid shortage or overstocking
- Analyzing location-wise, area-wise, product wise sales report to drive sales patterns.
- Classification of the inventory and designing stock levels based on the class / category.
- Devising and implementing a strategy for stock replenishment for the locations.
- Recognizing inventory necessities
- Implementing inventory tracking systems.
- To prepare report for monthly Review.
Reporting to Inventory Manager
Work Experience: 4-8 Years based in Kinshasa, DRC
Brand Manager – OTC
- Developing and implementing business strategies.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Managing product launches, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as product development and supply chain teams.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Staying up to date with industry developments, consumer preferences, and emerging trends.
Reporting to CEO
Work Experience: 4-8 Years based in Kinshasa, DRC
Manager – Finance (MIS)
- Extracting BI data from system and prepare report by analyzing and reviewing it and presenting it to management.
- Preparing stock-out report and loss due to stock out and submitting it to management
- Preparing store wise cash movement report
- Analyzing the sales data and preparing store wise sales report and highlighting the area of improvement
- Preparing stock out, stock in transit and in order branch wise report on weekly basis
- Preparing store wise inventory days and over stock report and presenting it to management.
- Store wise like for like and non-like for like comparison and growth / degrowth analysis and presenting report to management to take necessary action.
- Comparing monthly sales report, budget and target with previous year and preparing reports on that.
- Comparing category wise sales YTD/MTD with budget and previous year and prepare report
- Comparing cogs with MTD/YTD budget and previous year data and preparing report.
- Comparing purchase with MTD/YTD budget and previous year data and preparing report.
- Preparing report on supplier base pending orders and its impact on business
- Preparing reports on top products (80% of total sale) and MOM and YTD comparison report
- Analyzing customer wise growth / degrowth and preparing store wise report.
- Preparing P/L comparison report based on MOM, YTD, budget vs actual
- Preparing expenses report and comparison report based on MOM, YTD, budget vs actual
