Manager – Finance (MIS)

1. Extracting BI data from system and prepare report by analyzing and reviewing it and presenting it to management.
2. Preparing stock-out report and loss due to stock out and submitting it to management
3. Preparing store wise cash movement report
4. Analyzing the sales data and preparing store wise sales report and highlighting the area of improvement
5. Preparing stock out, stock in transit and in order branch wise report on weekly basis
6. Preparing store wise inventory days and over stock report and presenting it to management.
7. Store wise like for like and non-like for like comparison and growth / degrowth analysis and presenting report to management to take necessary action.
8. Comparing monthly sales report, budget and target with previous year and preparing reports on that.
9. Comparing category wise sales YTD/MTD with budget and previous year and prepare report
10. Comparing cogs with MTD/YTD budget and previous year data and preparing report.
11. Comparing purchase with MTD/YTD budget and previous year data and preparing report.
12. Preparing report on supplier base pending orders and its impact on business
13. Preparing reports on top products (80% of total sale) and MOM and YTD comparison report
14. Analyzing customer wise growth / degrowth and preparing store wise report.
15. Preparing P/L comparison report based on MOM, YTD, budget vs actual
16. Preparing expenses report and comparison report based on MOM, YTD, budget vs actual
