- To identify and pitch for potential alliance partners in from India and other parts of the world including Europe.
- To negotiate win commercial terms and negotiate and draft the contracts with counsel of the legal team.
- To work with the sales and marketing team of the partners to identify the opportunities areas matching partners strength and deciding on the products / therapies to be launched.
- To draw up a medium-term business plan alongwith partners team.
- To coordinate with partner design / marketing team and local design / pharmacist for packaging artworks.
- To coordinate with partners for samples and dossiers for product registration.
- To raise relevant debit notes on the partner for the expenses incurred on behalf of the partners e.g Product registration, Other miscellaneous expenses.
- To help the partner to hire local manpower.
- To place orders in coordination with supply chain department.
- To share relevant market information i.e sales & closing stock / periodically with the partner.
- To follow up on orders and reimbursement of debit notes with the partner.
- To facilitate shop / market visits for the visiting partner team.
To ensure that the business evolves as per the business plan.
