Business Development

  1. To identify and pitch for potential alliance partners in from India and other parts of the world including Europe.
  2. To negotiate win commercial terms and negotiate and draft the contracts with counsel of the legal team.
  3. To work with the sales and marketing team of the partners to identify the opportunities areas matching partners strength and deciding on the products / therapies to be launched.
  4. To draw up a medium-term business plan alongwith partners team.
  5. To coordinate with partner design / marketing team and local design / pharmacist for packaging artworks.
  6. To coordinate with partners for samples and dossiers for product registration.
  7. To raise relevant debit notes on the partner for the expenses incurred on behalf of the partners e.g Product registration, Other miscellaneous expenses.
  8. To help the partner to hire local manpower.
  9. To place orders in coordination with supply chain department.
  10. To share relevant market information i.e sales & closing stock / periodically with the partner.
  11. To follow up on orders and reimbursement of debit notes with the partner.
  12. To facilitate shop / market visits for the visiting partner team.

To ensure that the business evolves as per the business plan.
